Shipping FAQ
We ship to the US (all states, territories, APO/FPO/DPO) and select international destinations including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Mexico, Brazil, and Chile. Wedo not ship to Europe, Africa, Russia, or Belarus.
Shipping times vary by destination: US orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days, Canada and Australia/New Zealand in 7-14 business days, and other international destinations in 10-20 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on US orders over $75.
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and military addresses including APO/FPO/DPO locations.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees. We are not liable for customs delays or additional charges imposed by your country.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages or immediately for damaged items. We'll file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds FAQ
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the defective or damaged item. We'll cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. For all other returns, we process refunds and you can place a new order.
Clearance items, custom or personalized products, and digital products cannot be returned unless defective.
